Run for FYF

We have guaranteed places in the London and Brighton Marathons, and the British 10k London Run. Lots of our supporters also choose to run other events for us.

British 10k London Run - Sunday 8th July 2012

Well done to our 2011 team!Our FYF runners took to the streets of London with 25,000 others, passing by the best sights of the city they made every mile count for a future free from poverty... and they had fun along the way! Why not join us in 2012?

So get fit, challenge yourself, see the sights and have a great day out, all while making a long-lasting difference to families living in rural poverty.

Celebrate 50 years

Just 50 minutes of an average salary (£10) every month could help Indian tribal villagers to set up profitable small businesses. Calculate 50 minutes of your time:

Your Support Could....

£10 could enable a Malawian community to plant 38 trees, helping them to reduce soil erosion and restore nutrients to the soil.

£25 could train a traditional birth attendant in India to give better care to pregnant women and ensure that babies are delivered safely.

£150 could train a member of a Malawian community to act as a lead farmer in their community, enabling them to teach 20 fellow farmers sustainable farming techniques that will improve their harvests.

£500 could provide training, tools and support for 10 people in India to set up small businesses using indigenous skills such as bamboo work. This will enable them to earn a sustainable income for themselves and their families.

£1000 could provide long-term training and support to 150 Indian women, empowering them to transform their communities by accessing basic government services such as clean water, education and healthcare.
