UK teamIn the UK we are a small, committed team of six. We give overall management and strategic guidance to the India and Malawi offices, help the design and monitoring of projects and ensure our projects successfully tackle poverty. We also ensure accountability to our donors by providing reports and we raise vital funds that allow the work to happen. Dan Taylor has been Director at Find Your Feet since 1995. Before that, he was Director of the Centre for Low Input Agricultural Research and Development, which provided agricultural support to low resource farmers in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. He has a degree in agriculture, an MBA and a PhD in Anthropology. Laura Perkins joined Find Your Feet in September 2011 as the Fundraising and Communications Manager. Previously, Laura has worked as a fundraiser for organisations such as the British Heart Foundation and EveryChild an international children's charity. Laura has an MSc in Development Studies. Olivia Wills has been at Find Your Feet since 2008 as a Programme Officer. Before joining FYF she worked for over two years for UNICEF in Mozambique as a Social Policy and Planning Officer. Olivia has an MA in Human Rights. Betty Williams has worked part-time as a Programme Officer at FYF since 2006. She also used to teach Economics and Business Studies A-level at Guildford College. Betty has an MA in International Development. Georgina Veitch joined Find Your Feet in November 2010 as our first Trust Fundraiser. Georgina previously worked with peacebuilding INGO International Alert in a similar role and has completed an MA in International Development specialising in Social Policy and Social Development. Jessica Ridgewell is Find Your Feet's Communications and Events Officer and joined the team in November 2010. She spent two years with Save the Children International and has worked with development organisations in South Africa and India. Office address Find Your Feet
