Tadeyo Shaba joined FYF as Malawi Country Director in 2009. Before joining FYF Tadeyo was the Zambia Country Director for Self Help Africa.

Tadeyo and his team help vulnerable families in Malawi to:

• Improve their harvests through sustainable agriculture practices and the management of natural resources;

• Access HIV and AIDS prevention, treatment and care services;

• Access basic services including clean water, healthcare and education;

• Take control of their own development;

• Address women's needs and rights.
