We have a small team in the UK, and in-country offices in Malawi and India. This means that we stay as close as possible to the work on the ground, making sure that our projects still meet the needs of the communities we work with. We are governed by a board of trustees. |

"First and foremost we listen before we act. In listening we learn from the experience of others." Find Your Feet director Dr Dan Taylor.
"Whenever I think of my experiences with FYF, the first word that comes to mind is pride. I am proud to be part of an organisation which is a unique model of transparency, collective leadership, flexibility and human values. Despites its limited resources, for 50 years FYF has stood by deprived, depressed and resource poor communities be it talented weavers of Banaras or the hard working farmers of Africa"
"The families Find Your Feet works with now have more food to eat and their forests and lakes are better utilised. But our work is not done. It is impossible to miss the need for more assistance." Chakalipa Kanyenda, Find Your Feet Malawi Director.
"I’ve been fortunate to see our projects first hand, and believe that we are doing really vital work. It is this belief that motivated me to, once again, dig out my running shoes and run the marathon this year!" Find Your Feet Patron Tim Cross
