We are a small organisation and proud of it. Being small means that we can work really closely with rural communities and with local grassroots organisations, listening to them and supporting them to work towards the sorts of communities they want. And this close working relationship with some of the poorest people in the world means that we have some pretty important experiences to share with decision makers at a local, national and international level. |

We are committed to doing all we can to ensure that the people we work with really participate in designing and executing our projects. Their participation not only ensures that our projects bring real, lasting change, it is also transformative. 'Participation' is how real change happens.
Local organisations understand the needs of the communities we work with far better than we ever can. We therefore invest time and energy in developing real partnerships with local organisations.
Poverty is not inevitable. Change is possible. Find Your Feet works at a local, national and international level to challenge the policies that prevent people from building their way out of poverty.
